Troubleshooting

I've lost my account number/password for the MT5 Platform

No problem. Login to your Client Portal and under 'Trading Account' you will see all your MT5 Accounts. If you select the menu option on each account, you will see the option to either copy or rest the password. 

The MT5 platform shows 'Invalid Account'

It shows 'No Connection' on my platform

I cannot view all the instruments in the Market Watch window

Some instruments are greyed out in the Market Watch window

The New Order button is disabled/greyed out

When I try to open a position my platform indicates 'Trade Context is Busy'

My charts keep freezing and the prices are not updating on my platform

My EA is not placing any trades, and Error 133 is shown in the Journal tab
